Handling and shipping times

Please note, that due to COVID-19, your package may be withheld from the shipping company for an extended period time which can lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully pick and pack your order within 72 hours. When the item is dispatched we will email you.

For all the countries listed above, orders normally take between 7-20 business days to arrive. 

If your order doesn't arrive within the maximum 20 business days frame, please contact us at help@fengserena.com and our team will happily help you.

Damaged or defective items

Our teams make sure our beautiful Lamps are in perfect condition before sending them to you. But because we are talking about fragile items, some accidents beyond our control may occur during shipment.

If you are experiencing this, we are deeply sorry to hear. Contact us promptly at help@fengserena.com with a photo of the occurrence so we can understand what happened and make it up to you.


Change or cancel my order
Errors may happen, but we are here to support you. Please email us as soon as you can at help@fengserena.com with the modification you wish to make. We will try our best to fix the issue, either with our handling team or with the courier, in case the order is already on your way.
Track my order

You can either track your order with your Order Number or with your Tracking Number. Simply insert one of those here.

Order Number: You can find your Order Number on the email you received after the check out. Please insert it here along with your email or phone number.

Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with the Tracking Number. Please insert that same tracking number here by clicking on the tracking number option.
